Hey y’all!
How’s your new year going so far? Mine is going pretty well! Things have been only a little bit insane but it’s going well!
A couple weeks ago, my dear friend Addie at The Lion’s Pen tagged me for a super fun character tag! I’m repeating that as if you didn’t read that in the title whoops. Let’s jump in! Thank you so much, Addie! This will be so fun!

MOST LIKELY TO BECOME A POET:
Hmm… interesting. Probably Duncan. He has the insightful outlook on life that is common in poets. He is a soft boy, even if he can be fierce at times, and his love exists for many if not all of his friends. He is a deep thinker, and needs time to be alone and away. He would be a great poet.
MOST LIKELY TO DANCE IN THE RAIN:
Depends on the connotation. If it’s meant in a goofy way, it would probably end up being Coran. He’s a dork. He would definitely do something like this. If there was a point where he and the squad were stuck in the rain being miserable, he would probably start dancing to try to cheer them up. If it’s aimed in a “not really caring what other people think, letting go and allowing myself to breathe” sort of way, it becomes a more difficult thing. I’m not entirely sure I have a character who completely matches that personality, but if I had to choose someone who was the most likely to do that, I would have to go with Zarah. She’s uptight and anxious, and she covers that up with threats oh my, the threats… But under all of that, I think that if she were to be alone somewhere and it started raining, she would probably dance. It’s not guaranteed but she’s really a sweetheart. 😉
MOST LIKELY TO LOOK GOOD IN A KILT:
*breaks down laughing* dude this is the best thing ever. I’m envisioning all of my characters in kilts. I’m dying 😀 Honestly, I have to say Kai. He’s a jerk for a good bit of the story, but he’s a cutie underneath. And also, he’s pretty fit. So like that plus a kilt seems like a good match… That has got to be the weirdest thing I’ve said about Kai…
Also, ADDIE WE BOTH HAVE A CHARACTER NAMED KAI.
MOST LIKELY TO GET PUNCHED IN THE FACE:
Oh no… A lot of them would probably get punched in the face. A lot of them DO get punched in the face… gosh now I have to choose one. Lagun probably… Ah I don’t know. Either Lagun or Jaxen. They are both protective of those that they love, but they also don’t think everything through. Both of them at some point have rushed blindly into a fight or battle. Very passionate but also VERY stupid sometimes.
MOST LIKELY TO DROP EVERYTHING AND BECOME A SHEEP HERDER:
Blaidd. Hands down, it’s Blaidd. All of the contestants can go home. It’s Blaidd. The dude ran away from everything for six years. He likes being alone. He enjoys quiet with not many people. Bonus if there are animals. No contest; it’s Blaidd.
MOST LIKELY TO BE FOUND IN A LIBRARY:
Oooh. This is actually a character I haven’t mentioned before. I’m still in developing/deciding if I want to write the novel, but the characters are great. I’d have to say this one goes to Bennett. He’s an awkward bean of a person, who, although he could probably rip your arms off, wouldn’t even think of it. Bookworm with everything in him, he loves writing letters and reading classics. He’s freaking adorable. He would live in a library.
MOST LIKELY TO SLEEP THROUGH AN EARTHQUAKE:
Oof. This is a tie between Coran or another character you know nothing about… His name is Thaddeus. As for Coran, you’ve all heard about him for the most part. He’s a bit derpy, but we all love him. Fiercely loyal, but once he’s asleep, he’s asleep for good. 😉 Thad is kinda the same way, except he’s a lot less derpy. He can be a goofball, but he works too hard. Like Coran, once he’s out, he will stay out until the first sign of morning.
MOST LIKELY TO STEAL FROM OTHER PEOPLE’S PLATE:
Cadell. Does this count? He’s a dog?? I don’t know but it’s true. The little fluffball is kind of a handful. You have got to keep an eye on him. If I have to pick a human OC, I’d probably have to go with Coran… Sorry, Coran. You’re just kind of easy to pick on. 😀
MOST LIKELY TO CHEAT ON A TEST:
*gasp* how dare you suggest that my babies would cheat on tests!
it’s kai. kai would most definitely cheat. kai o’doherty will cheat on all tests ever. if it means he can rise to the top of the heap, as it were, he will cheat on every test imaginable.
MOST LIKELY TO SAY “OOPS” AFTER SETTING SOMETHING ON FIRE:
…how often are you allowed to say the same character…
it’s Coran.
Coran hasn’t lit anything on fire yet, but it’s only a matter of time before he does.
*sigh*
MOST LIKELY TO OPEN AN ORPHANAGE:
Hey! What do you know! It’s a tie between two characters from different projects that you don’t know! It’s a tie between Keziah Ann and Terralynn. They’re both from different worlds, but they are very similar. Keziah Ann is from the Gold Rush time period, and she is an orphan herself. Her guardian is her brother, but she understands that orphans need care and attention, especially at a time where many didn’t have parents because of the West movement. Terralynn is from a lovely mix of dystopian and fantasy. She’s really reserved, but what she lacks in volume, she makes up in heart. She’s the sweetest thing.
MOST LIKELY TO RUN OFF TO JOIN THE CIRCUS:
join the parade get in line for the fair, before the sun sets, before we roll on
Hmm… I actually don’t know this one. Y’all will hate me, but Coran probably… I really don’t know.
MOST LIKELY TO SURVIVE A ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE:
YESSS I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A QUESTION LIKE THIS.
It’s Artemis. Hands down. Artemis. She will kick the zombies’ butts and look absolutely flawless doing so.
MOST LIKELY TO FAKE THEIR DEATH:
Oof probably Commander Leharr or Artemis. It’d be for different purposes if they did, though. For Leharr, it’d be for some plot or another purpose like that; meant to give him power or something like that. But for Artemis, she would do it just to get away from the idiots. 😀
MOST LIKELY TO DIE AND HAUNT FRIENDS:
Ahahaha I wish I could say someone else but you know I must. Coran would die for someone no matter what. That’s probably how it would happen, but after that, he would be that ghost that was more chaotic good than anything? Like, he would probably tie someone’s shoelaces together. Pretty much any other petty, stupid thing… that would be Ghost Coran doing that. He’s an idiot but we all love him…
