Depression
We say it’s a season
But tell me
What is the reason
We say that?
It’s only a season
If you say so
And you’ll only get beat
If you lay low

Our emotions are so powerful . We submit to them without a question, and let them decide how we react.
Our emotions were never meant to control us.
So the next time your emotions feel like they’re the boss of you, remember this. Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you to overflowing, and battle those emotions.
It won’t be easy, for there’s a long process in breaking the emotional stronghold in your life. It will be a hard war, but ask God to give you strength, and let his spirit fill you.
